Danielle Allen, Professor at the Institute for Advanced Study and a recipient of the Macarthur "genius" Grant, will give the bi-annual Lionel Trilling Seminar. She will speak on "Plato's Cunning: Philosophy as Political Strategy." Columbia professors Nadia Urbinati and Katja Vogt will be discussants.
