Diarmuid Costello

Diarmuid Costello is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Warwick.  Trained in fine art and philosophy, Costello specializes in post-Kantian Continental aesthetics, the philosophy of art, and theories of art and photography.  He chaired the British Society of Aesthetics executive committee and was a Leverhulme Senior Research Fellow.  He has published numerous essays and articles, and is co-editor of  “Photography after Conceptual Art,” The Life and Death of Images: Ethics and Aesthetics, and Photography After Conceptual Art.
