Kelley Deane McKinney is the Associate Director of Communications and Special Projects at Public Books and Columbia University’s Society of Fellows and Heyman Center for the Humanities, where she manages the website for the Justice-in-Education Initiative. She is also a nonfiction editor for Guernica. She was formerly the associate director of Cabinet magazine.
