Tanya Golash-Boza

Tanya Golash-Boza is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Merced. She is the author of five books, including the forthcoming Mass Deportation and Global Capitalism (New York University Press 2015). She has published over a dozen articles, and has won awards for her publications and public service. She also writes on contemporary issues for many outlets including Al Jazeera, The Boston Review, The Nation, Counterpunch, The Houston Chronicle, and The Chronicle of Higher Education.
